SHIPPING
All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
Provincial Sales Tax (HST) of 12% will be charged on all items shipped to British Columbia addresses. No sales taxes are applied to orders shipped outside of Canada but you will be responsible for any duty or customs fees if applicable.
For orders within Canada we ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Within Canada, you should receive your order within 1 to 7 business days from the shipping date. International shipping will take approximately 7 to 10 business days.
What about US orders?
All orders to the US are shipped via Canada Post’s Small Packet service or Expedited Parcel service depending on the weight of your order. Your shipment will be delivered by USPS after it crosses the border and should arrive within 7 to 10 business days.
I need my order rushed! Can you do it?
We always do our best to get orders out in a timely manner. If you need to receive your order sooner, please let us know and we can give you an estimate for express shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Your order will ship from Vancouver, Canada and the shipping rate you’ll see in the “cart” is based on weight and destination. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at “check out” and will be added to your total invoice. Will I receive a confirmation email when my order is placed and shipped?
Absolutely! Once your order is placed we will send you a confirmation email.

If you leave us a message or send us an e-mail, a customer service representative will follow up with you within 1 business day.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Currently we ship to Canada and the US only. We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours so that we may replace the damaged merchandise.
We will contact Canada Post to open a claim file. You will then be contacted by Canada Post and asked to provide proof of damage. Please keep the original packaging material and the items in the shape that they arrived because you will need to return them to Canada Post.
RETURN POLICY
If I am unhappy with my order what can I do?
Design Schooled Kids takes great pride in our products and we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product please send us an email to returns [at] designschooledkids [dot] com.
We will gladly reprint them for you or refund your money, once the product is returned. If a refund is necessary your product must be returned within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for paying any shipping or packaging costs of returning the product in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition. Design Schooled Kids will not accept any COD shipping of returns.
PRIVACY & SECURITY POLICY
Is my purchase secure?
Design Schooled Kids takes precautions, to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft and misuse. Design Schooled Kids uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
All of your personal and financial data is stored in encrypted format at all times.
Will Design Schooled Kids share my customer information?
Absolutely not! Design Schooled Kids respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding your personal information. Your personal details will be kept safe and confidential in our secure customer database. Design Schooled Kids may share your information with an outside shipping company such as Canada Post or Fedex to send your purchases. However, we do not share our customers’ information with any other outside entities.
